We loved this facility and would like to stay longer. The guest room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was beautifully maintained. The food was superb and the location was beautiful.

Also, the location is excellent and unbeatable, minutes from a history museum. The hotel is in the central zone. The room is spacious well appointed with a spectacular view of the castle.

Well, it was a real good stay for a business trip. The stuff were very professional. The location was quiet, to the square where there are loads of great restaurants that are fantastic value and overlooking the castle. Also, a legendary cave was easy to reach. I appreciated rooftop restaurant.
The hotel staff was not very friendly.

Fairly clean and relaxing hotel with breathtaking view of castle. Location - incredible and stunning not far from the centre of Krakow, near to the Old town, the Castle and the river, roof top restaurant, and main square. Superb food in the restaurants such as Aquarius, located 10 min away.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service at Kossak. The staff, led by Paulina, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even took care of storing our luggage and moving it to our room before we arrived. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and luxurious bathroom amenities. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view of the castle and river from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We also appreciated the convenient location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. we highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Krakow.
